Delivery time
Orders are sent from our stores in Oman. Delivery usually takes two to seven business days, depending on where you live. Customs clearance and public holidays can add time.
Tracking
When your order is sent, you receive an email with a tracking number. An order may arrive in more than one package, sent from different stores.
Customs and import duties
Your country may charge customs duty or import tax when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or delivery charge, and are paid by the customer. If you are unsure, ask your local customs office before ordering.
Where we do not deliver
We follow the laws of Oman and do not deliver to countries under international sanctions. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our Return Policy explains what we can exchange or refund.
